TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:

• It has a vertical adjustment of 5/8” inches to 12” inches by means of a suspended steel rod threaded and two nuts
APPLICATIONS:
• Hangers and supports used in fire protection piping systems shall be listed and labeled by Underwriters Laboratories Inc (USA).
• For use in supporting horizontal piping away from the wall or floor.

SPRINKLER HANGER
CONSTRUCTION FEATURES:
• Made with Mild steel. [cold rolled coils – CRC]. SS – 304 / 316 can be manufactured on request.
• Finish: Electro galvanized / Hot dip galvanized / Stainless steel / Copper plated / Epoxy coated.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION:
• Maximum Temperature should be 650°F (343°C). Electro galvanized as per ASTM B 633 Standards
• Complies with Federal Specification Type 10 MSS-SP-58 & Manufacturers Standardization Society
• It has a vertical adjustment of 5/8” inches to 2” inches by means of a suspended steel rod threaded and two nuts
APPLICATIONS:
• This hanger is formed in one piece giving a double thickness of stock at the point which carries the load.
• The lower nut adjust the pipe line to the proper pitch and the top nut when locked onto position prevents
loosening due to vibration

• Designed to meet MSS – SP 58 Type – 1. Electro galvanized as per ASTM B 633 Standards
• Designed for chilled water pipe work and fire fighting systems. Vibration and Sound control tested
• EPDM Lining rubber for sound reduction. Heat Resistance more than 120° Centigrade
• Design permits vertical adjustment of pipe after installation.
• Hanger load nut above Clevis must be tightened securely to ensure proper hanger performance. With highly elastic vibration control lining
• Sizes above 10” are made as per client’s request
• Measurements are subject to 5% tolerance
• The sizes of the Clevis Hangers can be modified to be used with Rubber Support Inserts.

APPLICATIONS:
• Recommended for the suspension of non-insulated pipe or insulated pipe with a B3151 shield.
• Pipe will not ‘pinch’ when installing.
• 15° swing in either direction allows pipe to easily feed through.
• Engineered design aligns bolt holes for quicker overhead installation.
