SPRING HANGER
FEATURES:
- Spring Hangers consist of free standing, laterally stable steel springs in series with a molded elastomeric element assembled into a stamped and welded hanger bracket.
- The hanger brackets and the springs are power coated.
- Spring vibration isolation hangers are designed to provide high efficiency isolation from structure-borne vibration and noise.
APPLICATIONS:
SPH product Hangers are used to isolate suspended sources of both noise and vibration. Suspended mechanical equipment such as air handling units, FCU’s cabinet fans, piping and ductwork in close proximity to rotating mechanical equipment are typical applications of product SPH Hangers.All springs are designed as per BS 1726 Class B and outer Diameter is equal to at least 85% of working height. Custom made Spring Hangers are also available with 50mm deflection springs.
LINED U BOLT
PRODUCT TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:
• Made with Mild steel (Cold Rolled & Hot Rolled steel) or Stainless steel (SS 304/SS 316)
• EPDM Lining for suppression of sound and vibrations.
• EPDM Lining rubber for sound reduction, Heat Resistance more than 120° Centigrade.
• Electro galvanized as per ASTM B 633 Standards.
• Hot dipped galvanized can be provided on request.
• Supplied with two or four nuts.
• Special U Bolts with longer tangents and threads can be furnished on request

RISER HANGER WITH LINING
